Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Shoes

Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it securely to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
